Description

The sidewalk between 40 and 38 Academy is unsafe for pedestrians and bikers. It is buckling at the seam, the concrete is breaking off and damaged. I witnessed a biker very close to falling over due to this problems. Please inspect asap.

Although in no way would I attempt to minimize the seriousness of an unsafe condition, I hasten to remind you and others that riding bicycles on the sidewalk is against city ordinance. If your biker was a prepubescent, then I can see your point.
