The tree down not only looks bad from the street but it is a health hazard. Mosquitos are breeding with all the rain and this lot is full of brush and limbs. I can't use my own backyard without having to douse myself in repellent. The city should remove the tree and brush and spray the entire lot to remove the Mosquitos and prevent more from breeding. The tree also took old phone lines down with it. This lot has only been maintained by the neighbors and it is time the city help clean up.
