The Ice Cream Truck driver in the neighbor hood is callous and mean...he rides around with his music on with not intent of stopping to sell ice cream to children and never comes down any of the cul de sacs. And once when he did, my daughter asked him to return in a couple of minutes so she can get $, she stood there for 15 minutes...he never returned and when I tracked him down in my car he said he can not go back on any route.
