The county needs to create a way to force people to get into the turn lanes from Jones Bridge onto Conn Ave to get to the beltway. People pull up and make illiegal left turns which endnager cars making the legal lefts onto Kensington Parkway. The county has dividers up to prevent some turns in the area -- why; not place them here, too??
