Safety Issue: There are elderly folks in the neighborhood that are unable to walk on the sidewalk. Their only choice is to walk in the street and risk getting hit by a car or on the sidewalk and risk tripping. There are toys and junk on the sidewalk in front 35 pearl st. in Plainville. The people that live there don't care and will cuss out anyone who asks them to clean it up. Hopefully someone can do something about this mess!
