Weed tree is impacting adjacent houses by dropping rotting berries all summer, and leaves in the fall. Berries stain concrete & attract bugs 24/7; branches are near power & roof lines. Major mess.

The tree is STILL a problem. In fact, I've leaned out my back bedroom window to cut some branches off. Still contending with rotting berries, bugs and branches dangerously close to power lines.

As of 2015, the tree has gotten larger and still poses a threat during high wind storms and yet another summer of a bug-infested yard due to rotting berries

This summer, a neighbor renovating the house next door on Emily took down some of the branches; however, there are still enough branches near power lines to cause potential problems.
