Description
There is a one foot diameter hole in the pavement about a foot deep in the street that appears to possibly be the access to a water valve. Anyone turning west onto Lenoir Street from Blount Street has their tires to drop into this hole. Please repair.

The location was shown in the original submittal. Look at the Map.
The location is at the northwest corner of the intersection of Blount Street and Lenoir Street, about 10 feet out (south) from the northside curb of Lenoir Street. Make the right turn I noted below and you will hit the hole.
