NOISE Flannagan's gas station. What is the noise ordinance for Gloucester in this neighborhood? Is it ok that the folks that live across from the garage have to be subjected to early a.m. noise i.e. dumpster being emptied at 4:45 a.m. Fuel tankers being moved in and out of garage at 4:30 a.m. Employees talking loud at 5 a.m. or earlier at times.
