Over the last few weeks Waste Industries has started emptying garbage for Hayes Barton Apartments between 05:30 and 5:45 AM on Mondays. The truck rolls up and picks up multiple trash containers, empties them, and bangs them back on the street. The process is loud enough to wake up the neighbors. Can the city ask Waste Industries to wait until a certain time, like they do for emptying dumpsters?
