Unfortunately this is not just on the 2700 block onwards it is from lanchester drive that is the 2600 block. They speed through as if there are no cars parked on the streets. I had to get my sideciew mirrors changed 3 times because of all hit and run traffic. Last Friday I was in the front yard with my children playing catch and observed a Cadillac take off from lanchester avenue as if he was on a race track he passed the my house going at 50+ miles an hour. When I reported it, the request was closed saying that appropriate authorities have been notified. i believe that the proper authorities might start to take notice after a few people have died.. God knows that there are frequent enough accidents happening and the "proper authorities" have investigated it they decided that the streets were still safe. My colleagues live on west end and there are a ton of speed breakers there to slow the traffic down considerably, I wonder what would make the authorities put the speed breakers on Barton avenue
