The is a sewer drain right by here and the sidewalk has severely sunk around it. There is approx. a 4 in. height difference making it very dangerous. It is almost impossible to get a stroller across when walking, especially a double one. You have to come to a complete stol if running since a stroller would flip if it hit the bump.
