Do we really have to put up with the basketball hoop systems set up on the side of the street at these houses? Turning around at the end of the street especially at night time can be a little dangerous with these items located on the street because since they are black they blend in with the darkness of the night and a driver could hit one by accident... Is there something in zoning that prohibits the placement of them on the street?
