The Dept of Utilities recently did work on my property (scheduled by the city, not myself) on public water pipes. A buried cable was cut and left above exposed above ground. The city directed me to Miss Utility who directed me back to Robert Sutherland (sp?) with the city. His number always goes to voicemail and he has not returned my message.
