Please let me know if this is an EMC or Georgia Power pole. Both providers serve this area and the address in question is right at the split line. There should be a silver plate on the pole that identifies it as either EMC or Georgia Power and provides the pole number. Once I have that information, I will be happy to report it to the appropriate agency.

Since I haven't received any updates in over a month, I am going to close this issue. If the light has not been repaired, please reopen the issue and provider the pole number along with the company that services it and I will contact them regarding the problem.
