With the closure of Cherry St.. from Front to Lakeshore, access to Lakeshore from the Distillery District has become very congested. A left turn signal at the Parliament & Lakeshore traffic light for vehicles wanting to go east, would greatly improve traffic flow.

This still has not been fixed.
I do not understand why something so easily fixable is still outstanding since July 2012.
This is actually something the City should have thought of when the closure of Cherry Street was announced back in April, 2012.
There is no excuse for this long delay.
