E. Humbert assigned this issue to M. Calhoun

Contact was made with the owner, he was escorted to the area of the violation and showed what needed to be corrected as to bring the property in compliance with the city's ordinance. The owner called today and stated he has cut the trees and requested they be re-inspected to insure he meets compliance. He was also instructed to contact his HOA property manager to verify that he is in compliance with his deed restrictions. An inspection will be performed later today.

The tree has been trimmed and the violation corrected.
