I thought I was supposed to submit this as bulk items to be picked up by the big truck with the arms. My neighbor, who arranged for the evergreen limbs to be cut just called & said your men wouldn't take them. They told her a supervisor would have to be contacted. Please help. These 4 foot cut evergreen limbs are covering entire front of my yard including the drainage ditch. And we're a busy thoroughfare to the Thoroughgood House. If I had been home I wouldn't have let them do the trimming without carrying the limbs away. I'm a widow with rheumatoid arthritis & spinal/nerve issues so this is not in my ability to fix. I need help. I've lived in this house & supported this city for 30 years. I want my neighborhood & the city to look nice. Please help!!

Curbside collection of yard waste is provided on your normal collection day and does not require a work order. Limbs from trimming, up to 4 feet long and 6 inches in diameter, will be collected in a pile not to exceed 4 x 4 x 4 feet. Two piles, generated from each house, will be collected on each collection day. We will also collect up to 25 clear plastic bags, not more than 25 pounds per bag, of grass clippings, leaves and small twigs. Bags cannot contain any rocks, dirt, mulch or roots. Tree removal debris is not collected curbside. For larger amounts of yard waste, large containers are available for a fee on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please call us at 385-4650 for additional information or to schedule a container. We are unable to schedule a yard waste container online.
