It looks like something terrible happened to a neighbor's water pipes. Large amounts of water has been leaking into the catch basin for weeks now.

It looks like the Albany City Water Dept has come by because there is a large pile of stones plus cones and tape.

We would like to know what's going on and when it will be fixed.
