Description

Same red Ford Escape parking in the same spot at the very beginning of Winnie street every single day between the hours of 7 a.m. and 3 p.m. this is a no parking zone and parking is only limited to 15 minutes. This vehicle makes it difficult to turn onto Winnie that is practically parked in a crosswalk. This is the third time I have SeeClickFix this problem maybe if somebody would get there between 7 and 3 they could take it this vehicle and stop this problem
