Shepherds Ln NE has many speed bumps since it is sort of a short cut through a residential area, but seeing them is difficult. The neighborhood has poor lighting and the speed bumps markings are worn out and there are no signs warning you of the many speed bumps on this street. I have called this to the attention of DeKalb County, but like most everything else you bring to their attention, nothing seems to get done. They could reflective-paint the speed bumps in one day and the problem will be easily solved. How about it?
