Several women have noticed how creepy and scary this overpass is at night after we get off the Lucky Drive bus stop. We realized it is because all the adjacent street lights are OUT so we are forced to walk in the dark. Extremely dangerous for women and the darker it is the more it encourages dangerous elements to hang out there. Please correct immediately.
