Description

There is a problem with the timing of the signal turning left off Douglas onto McGinnis. Traffic backs up in the AM past the first Windward entrance. Does not stay green long enough to let a sufficient number of vehicles turn. I've lived in the community nearly 10 years and that has never been an issue before.
