This has to Stop a house at the second to the end of 5300 Darrah St 19124 has 12yr-15yr outside yelling and carrying on till after 4am..since school ended! No parents just kids! People on the near by block are sick, elderly disabled people that don't need the noise or the property damage of home/auto this summer! Last summer a elderly woman had the roof of her auto dented by a few teens jumping on the roof in the daylight! Neighbors had broken windows, kicked in storm doors and even the glass blocks were smashed out from the home owners property! Police do not come out if called or come out 6 hours later!! We need help here!!!
