Description
After the 4th of july lineup the local bars are opened up to allow the fire departments in to get drunk. Some of these men are driving the trucks in the parade DRUNK. After they have drinks at places like the exchange and the dutch tavern they take alcohol to saugerties high school and continue this embarrassing routine. So the line up is at 8 a.m. and the bars are pouring drinks shortly afterward...

No one has cared. No one has done anything. It's the OLD BOY'S CLUB! Drunken driving allowed. Liquor everwhere allowed! Caught going 5 miles above the speed limit by Seamon Park...TICKET! Drunk or sober...doesn't matter. Caught with one joint...jail!
I say to you...take photos..lots of them and if you are really @#$%, call the state police and report drunken drivers...maybe they will do something if Saugerties will not police their own.
