A huge piece of asphalt has broken skyward like a glacier, jutting several inches in the air. At this location the street is broken up and buckling and this buckling, perhaps because of the rain, has intensified over the last few days . The broken piece of asphalt is raised about four or five inches off street level, about two feet wide, and jagged. It has a high possibility of damaging the undercarriages of cars passing over it.
