At this location the street is broken up and buckling and this buckling, perhaps because of the rain, has intensified over the last few days . The broken piece of asphalt is raised about four or five inches off street level, about two feet wide, and jagged. It has a high possibility of damaging the undercarriages of cars passing over it.
