Somebody has crashed a car into this sign and it is bent low and very dangerously over the sidewalk such that at night, anybody walking their dog on the sidewalk in the dark could walk straight into it if approaching it from the back (the grey, plain side with no warning). The diamond shaped sign is about 5 ft off the ground, so direct head height or chest height for most people.
