Beschreibung

About a hundred feet south of service request #614245 (reported a few days ago), a second storm drain pipe leading from Lakeside Drive to a bioswale is blocked with vegetation. The endwall and pipe are invisible and the flapper valve is no doubt jammed shut, causing the pipe to fill with debris. Photo attached.
