7/2/2012 – Thank you so much for sharing your very important concern with the City of Richmond government. This situation with low utility wires in alley at W. Cary and Granby should be formally reported to Dominion Virginia Power via their web page

so that proper inspection and handling can take place accordingly. This can also be reported to Dominion at 1-888-667-3000. Low wires must be inspected by Dominion
