It seems like Branch Ave between Southern Ave to Suitland Parkway is being neglected. There are no streetlights, even though there are utility poles to mount them on. The pavement is cracked and rippled. Guard rails are broken. Direction signs to Suitland Parkway are missing. Why is the rest of Branch Ave south of Suitland Parkway being upgraded and this section is being ignored?
