This issue has NOT been resolved. We were out in Stanley Ave Saturday 11/7 from 7:00a-10:00a cleaning up litter and that giant chunk of concrete is still there!
The truck who came to pick up our trash from last weekend refused to pick it up.
What is the problem here?
