Cause of the issue has been determined. Awaiting decision on repairs as there are private property tree roots overgrowing the drain system. System is clear enough and allowing drainage for the time being. Update will follow when we have more information. Thank you for reporting on SeeClickFix.

These drains are draining for the time being. We are monitoring them. We are also working with the engineering dept. to find a permanent solution. In the meantime we will make sure these drains are functioning even if at a very slow rate. Thank you
