Dear Mike,
Thank you for taking the time to report the broken chain link gate to the City of Alameda Public Works Department. Unfortunately, this does not appear to be maintained by the City of Alameda Public Works Department. We will contact the Home Owners Association as we suspect it may be the fence that they maintain. This is not a Public Works Department issue. I have sent an inspector to check the fence and area and it belong to the Harbor Bay Business Park. I have notified GS Management who works for Harbor Bay Parkway fixing these types of issues.
