Description
The potholes are very bad at the corner of Warwick and Yorktown Road. In addition, multiple requests to sweep the debris off the road have been put into the city, but the same black hair tie has been there for over a year, which means that the street can't have been swept.

Don't recall when, but the intersection at Yorktown Rd & Warwick Blvd was repaved finally a little while back. They also did a little bit with the train tracks/roads on Yorktown Rd IIRC, but nothing on Elmhurst St thus far that I could tell. That still needs ripped out completely and re-done.
Same with a good portion of Warwick Blvd between the Lee Hall Depot and the NN/JCC border.
