Illegal dumping by neighbor Kelsey Jarrett on property of 1833 S Street NW. See pictures attached as evidence of her dumping in our back alley. Boxes left illegally behind our building have Ms Jarrett's name as duress as 1828 Swann Street NW, Apt 3. Please send her a fine for her illegal dumping! This is also not her first time doing this!
