The City received a grant for the revitalization of the area. The building will be taken down and a new sidewalk will be built to allow the school kids to safely get to Broadway. Not sure of the timetable.

Don't forget to give credit where it is due under the last administration is when the 2.5 million grant was given to fix phase two of broadway. Nothing to do with the shades.

The grant just came through in December, that's why.

Maybe if we didn't waste 40K on the former mayors granite tomb then more things could of been done and done sooner. Ill give him credit for being self–absorbed.
