Opis

Around 5:30 a.m. the light at 61 and Beam is giving precedence to the traffic heading west on Beam instead of the traffic on 61. While heading south on 61 to turn left onto Beam (heading toward the Maplewood Mall Park-n-ride) it takes the light a very long time to change when no one is coming from the direction on Beam Ave. Hwy 61 traffic must sit and wait.

Additionally, in the future, it would be nice to see a blinking yellow left turn light at that intersection at this time of morning.
