When the ramps were resurfaced 4 years ago, the workers put yellow tile down, which they then ripped up and replaced with rubber mats, which they painted red. After we complained to our ward rep (more than a year ago), Harry Thomas, they were ripped up again but never replaced.

Clearly the workers made a mistake when originally laying down the tile, and chose to try and cover it up. The rubber mats that were in place for several years were glued in place and coming up along the edges.

The ramps current state is not only hazardous, but serves as a reminder of the workers' incompetence, dishonesty, and the city's waste.
