Description

Work on manhole covers--
The crew has dumped concrete slush in a dry stream bed on my property as well as into a wooded area near the street. This is NOT ecologically sound behavior. Please tell them to STOP. We like our new pavement & tolerate the noise of progress but dumping stuff on private property is wrong.
