From Pinells County: roads and drains in and around this particular development are private and would be the responsibility of the development's management company or board of directors.

In this case, I must disagree - the overflow from Lake St. George and the pond on 19 & cr95 are pushing the water to us. One of the retention ponds on our property is not even at capacity.
