Description
Nearly all the street lights on the south side of the 700 block of Chapel Street are out. I think two might have been working but the rest are not. There is a combination of tall "regular" street lights and shorter "old fashioned" style lights. This is the block between Orange and State, across from the Elm City Market.

Once your issue is submitted, the Transportation, Traffic and Parking Department will acknowledge the issue and create a maintenance/repair work order.
