The traffic lights need to be adjusted at Burnside and Germantown, Whitehall and Germantown and lights in-between. The way it is now, there is constant traffic in that area and the people who live on Germantown Pike between Burnside and Whitehall can't get out of there driveway.Sometimes you sit for 5-7 minutes trying to get out of driveway.
