The ppa should let you register your plate with their system and give you a user and pass, so you can log in and manage your tickets, appeal a ticket, make payment plans and also get an email the second you get a ticket.

Did you ever think about the option of just parking legally and avoiding tickets in the first place?
But thank you for your contribution to the city coffers. I would prefer my tax dollars go towards hiring people to ticket parking offenders like you rather than some slick IT software to make your life easier (and I work in software development)
