Has anyone an answer regarding this shed issue. I first reported this issue a year ago. With NO results.

All they do is keep passing the buck and nothing gets resolved

Please acknoledge this issue as it has been one year since I first reported this shed. What is the problem.

This complaint has been assigned to Building Inspector George Lane who will be back this Wednesday.and update this.

Correction, this complaint was assigned to Building Inspector Martin Furtado, I will speak to him and have him update this complaint.

No correction, Mr Nuzzo,. If you look in the history you'll see I posted the issue of the shed one year ago. I also spoke with your inspectors personally and made several telephone calls and was told that a letter was sent out to the property own several months ago.

I just spoke to Inspector Furtado, he will put his comments in here shortly.

Building inspector George Lane sent a letter out on 7/20/2015 stating that a shed has been built within the required set backs, he has not heard back to date.
Building Inspector Martin Furtado sent out a letter on 12/20/2015 stating that a shed had been built beyond the setbacks and that a fine would be issued if the shed wasn't moved before 01/20/2016

The son of the now decest owner of 6 Andrew St. has informed me that this property has been ordered by the courts to be in Limbo until a suit for legal ownership is resolved.
