There are two residents on my street that are dumping their garbage, old furniture, and electronics on the other side of the road directly across from their homes. This has been an issue for the last 3 years I've lived here and I've reported it to the city several times.

A. one area has garbage and old building materials. this is from the house directly across the street when they were remodeling. the second area has furniture and a large television. this is also from the house directly across the street but is a separate location from the first.
