Curfew isn't until midnight on the weekend, so no, they can stay out and be kids.

Not really Paul..if they are disturbing residents than CALL the Springfield police!!! We can't have these kids take over our lives..we are tax payers!! I called about a neighbor's dog constantly barking and guess what..haven't heard them outside for hours not barking their heads off!

*then, not than. Your neighbors had the dog put to sleep, hope you're happy. Kids make noise and dogs bark, it's called reality, welcome.
