Description

Since the opening of Chipotle at 1045 5th St NW Washington, DC 20001. Cars illegally park in the "No Parking" zone directly in front. This "No Parking" zone includes a Fire Hydrant. All day, every day there are cars parked in the "No Parking" zone and in front of the Fire Hydrant. We need more ticket writers and towing in this block for the safety of the Condo residents and the businesses.
