Tall palm trees lining street have many dead fronds that are at risk of falling. These are near sidewalk and falling fronds could injure people or damage property. Fronds (about 25) fell from tree in front of 6071 Rockridge Blvd overnight last week. Requesting the trees be trimmed (dead fronds removed) before expected upcoming winter winds and storms.
