At edenton and person the led heads are incorrectly timed for the crossing of Edenton street in the AM. Ped head begins countdown entirely too early and shows do not walk while the vehicle traffic is still in green phase and has significant green time left. Causes conflicts between pedestrians in cross walk and right turning vehicles.
