The neighbor is building a cement "wall" around the property. Dried cement all over the sidewalks, very unsafe to walk on. The lawn is littered with debris.

At one time they had 2 small dogs kept in garage with doors closed in this heat while this construction is going on.. One dog "ran away" and the other is still there as of 6/14/12. That's when I last saw the little dog. My opinion is the first dog died and maybe this other little guy is dead too. I cannot be sure. The workers there don't speak English and I don't see the owner often, he does'nt speak good English either. Communication is difficult.
